Amazing Salmon Avocado Salad

This salad is intended for lovers of grilled fish. We used salmon in our recipe, you can choose any fish you prefer. The ingredients in the salad are also suitable for all types of fish.
As you surely know, fish are a source of high-quality proteins, valuable minerals, important trace elements, and vitamins. Due to their high content of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, they are classified as foods with beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system. Health experts recommend eating fish at least twice a week.
Fish boasts a low-fat content in the muscle. They are easily digestible and therefore ideal for use in healthy weight loss recipes. So they are perfect as a main course, lunch or dinner.


  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Small bowl for dressing


  • 8 oz salmon (115 g x 2 pieces)
  • 3 pcs lettuce leaves
  • 3 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 1 pc avocado
  • 1/2 oz sesame seeds (15 g)
  • 1/2 oz dried parsley (15 g)
  • few drops of lemon

Yogurt dressing

  • 4,5 oz greek yogurt (135 ml)
  • 1/6 oz salt (5 g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • Tear 3 lettuce leaves, wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Do exactly the same with tomatoes, and after peel the onion and cut it into a thin string.
  • Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel. Then cut the avocado into small cubes.
  • Prepare a dressing. It's very simple, just mix yogurt, salt, crushed garlic, and olive oil.
  • The most important step follows and that is grilling the salmon. You can prepare it with a bit of olive oil or butter. When the pan is heated, place a slice of salmon and goat on it. Sense with salt and spice (we use special spices for fish). Reduce the power of the cooker to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook until the whole thing changes color to a faint pink. Then the salmon is ready and you can put it out of the pan.
  • Start loading the salad, tomatoes, onion, and avocado on the prepared plate. Top with grilled salmon. Sprinkle with sesame and pumpkin seeds and pour generously with yogurt dressing.
