  • 4 oz canned tuna (115 g)
  • 3 pcs lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz red beans (canned)
  • 2 oz chickpeas (57 g)
  • 6 pcs cherry tomatoes (more colors of tomatoes, more colorful salad)
  • 1/2 pc yellow pepper
  • 1/2 pc red onion
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 oz sunflower seeds (5 g)
  • 1 oz salt (5 g)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 oz garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 oz dry parsley (5 g)


  • Cut lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, pepper, and onion into small pieces.
  • Put spinach, chopped lettuce, and sense with salt, powder garlic, and dried parsley in the bowl. Pour olive oil and add sunflower seeds, and mix it well.
  • Then add chickpeas, red beans, chopped pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
  • Finally, put the tuna in the bowl and mix it together.
  • Serve on a plate or in a bowl and enjoy this healthy meal! Bon appetite!
