  • 2 handful of valerian salad
  • 1/2 pc avocado
  • 2 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pc red onion
  • 5 oz feta cheese (150 g)
  • 4 oz chickpeas (115 g)
  • 1/2 oz sunflower seed (15 g)
  • 1/2 oz sesame seeds (15 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)

  • Almost all the ingredients used to make the salad need to be chopped. Peeled avocado into cubes, washed tomatoes into small pieces, onion into thin strips and feta cheese into cubes.
  • Put the salad, chopped ingredients, and cooked chickpeas in the bowl in which it will all be mixed together.
