Camembert is a delicious and famous French cheese with a soft, creamy texture and a deep, flavorful taste. Camembert provides a decent range of B vitamins, and it is a good source of vitamin A. Equipment

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Grill pan
  • Aluminum foil 15 x 15 cm
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs camembert
  • 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 handfull of valerian salad
  • 3 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pc fresh orange
  • little bit of sesame seeds
  • 1/6 oz dried garlic (5 g)
  • 1/4 oz basil (dried or fresh) (10 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • salt

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp mustard (15 ml)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey (15 ml)

Instructions 

  • Cut an iceberg salad into small pieces and put it into a bowl. Add wash valerian salad, flavor with the garlic, basil, salt, and 1 tbsp of the olive oil, and mix all the ingredients together very well to combine the taste.
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes and also half a peeled orange.
  • Arrange on the plate salad mix, sliced tomatoes, and oranges.
  • Camembert tastes with olive oil and sesame seed a wrap into an aluminum foil (check our youtube video for correctly wrapping).
  • Heat a grill pan and warm prepared camembert on it from each side for 2-4 minutes. Camembert is ready to eat if is like a water bed when you tap it with your finger.
  • Grilled camembert put on the prepared plate and field by dressing mixed from mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, and honey.
