  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Small bowl


  • 2 pcs tortillas (whole grain)
  • 6 oz canned tuna (180 g)
  • 3 pcs lettuce
  • 3 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 pc cucumber
  • 4 oz sweet corn (115 g)


  • 4 oz yogurt (115 g)
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • a bit of salt


  • Wash and cut the lettuce into small pieces. Tomatoes and cucumber are sliced into rounds.
  • Prepare a yogurt dressing. Mix yogurt, crushed garlic, and a little bit of salt.
  • Place whole grain tortilla on the chopping board or plate. Spread half of the dressing on the tortilla.
  • Gradually put lettuce, half of the tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn for better taste on the tortilla.
  • Roll everything into a wrap.
  • Cut in the middle and enjoy it!
