Vegan Tortilla Wrap Recipe

This super easy Vegan Tortilla is ready to eat in 10 minutes.
Thanks to fresh vegetables and protein in the form of cottage cheese and yogurt, it is ideal to eat if you need to reduce your body weight. To prepare the recipe, you can use any other fresh vegetables (for example tomatoes, radishes, spring onions…), because thanks to the tasty dressing, really any ingredient is suitable.


  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Medium bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Grater


  • 1 pc tortilla
  • 1 pc medium carrot
  • 1 handfull of spinach
  • 1/2 pc red onion (or white one)
  • 1/4 pc red pepper
  • 1/4 pc yellow pepper
  • salt
  • pepper


  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard


  • Drain and grate a carrot. Cut an onion into thin slices, red and yellow pepper also.
  • Prepare your tortilla dressing. Mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, and mustard in the bowl. Season with a little bit of salt and black pepper.
  • Take a tortilla, spread some dressing, then top with washed spinach, shredded carrot, sliced peppers strips, and onion.
  • Twist the tortilla into a wrap, cut it and enjoy every bite!
