Healthy Pasta Recipe with Tofu and Chickpeas

This vegan recipe for delicious pasta is the right one for lovers of tofu and chickpeas.
The meal is ready in 20 minutes and contains a lot of nutrients and vitamins. Thanks to chickpea, whose age is estimated to be more than 7500 years old, the food is digested very well and has a beneficial effect on the human body.
Chickpeas can even satiate a person for a long time, so they should not be missing in recipes for healthy nutrition.

  • 8 oz pasta (200 g)
  • 6 oz tofu (180 g)
  • 1/2 pc yellow pepper
  • 1/2 pc red pepper
  • 4 oz chickpeas (100 g)
  • 1 pc onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce (90 ml)
  • 1/3 oz parsley (10 g)
  • 1/2 oz garlic powder (15 g)


  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut both into small pieces.
  • Heat a bit of olive oil in the pan, then add the onion and garlic. Cook for around 3 minutes, until the onion is baked until golden.
  • Then add medium-sized pieces of chopped yellow and red pepper to the pan.
  • Cut tofu into cubes (you can add any kind of tofu that you like best) and add it to the pan. Don't forget to add the chickpeas and season with soy sauce, parsley, and garlic powder. And cook 5 more minutes.
  • In the meantime, cook any kind of pasta. Of course, add salt and a little olive oil to the boiling water so that they don't stick after serving. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve it in a bowl directly from the pan and we wish you a good taste!
